Standardizing and optimizing nutrition evaluation frequency of enterally fed patients in an ambulatory pediatric gastroenterology practice: A single-center study.

We identified lack of consistency in dietitian evaluations for our pediatric patients receiving home enteral nutrition. We underwent a quality improvement initiative to improve rates of adherence to standard frequency of dietitian consults and referrals among patients receiving home enteral nutrition.

Impact of a quality improvement programme on the preparation and administration of medications via a nasoenteral feeding tube: 2014-2019 intervention study.

The aim of the study was to: 1.) evaluate the impact of a quality improvement program on the reduction of feeding tube obstruction frequencies, 2.) analyze the predictive variables of this safety incident, and 3.) estimate the economic costs related to the quality improvement program.
