Wernicke's Encephalopathy Secondary to Chronic Total Parenteral Nutrition.

We report a case of a 31 yo man who was receiving chronic total parenteral nutrition after a failed small bowel transplant, and who later presented with Wernicke's Encephalopathy and additional nutrition deficiency-related ocular disturbances.
