Phytosterolaemia associated with parenteral nutrition administration in adult patients

The aim was to determine non-declared phytosterol content by brand and vegetable lipid emulsions batch, and in adult hospitalized patients treated with parenteral nutrition, to establish the association between plasma and administered phytosterols.
